History
Founding Attorney Audrey Cohen Davis’ career spans 25 years. After completing her law studies at Temple University Beasley School of Law where she was an editor of the Environmental Law and Technology Law Journal, her career trajectory started as a law clerk in private practice with 2 Philadelphia law firms, including LaBrum & Doak where she ultimately became an Associate Attorney. She then transferred to Simasek, Ruzzi & McKee as in-house litigation counsel for CNA Insurance Company until relocating to Phoenix, joined Hudspeth Law Firm, and met her husband. She ultimately relocated to Jackson, Wyoming where her husband became an owner of the beloved Sweetwater Restaurant and Audrey joined the Law Offices of Jerry Bosch.
In time she became the City Attorney in 2006. Audrey established an outstanding legal department serving 3 Mayors and multiple Town Councils, Planning Commissions, City Boards, and City employees. Audrey managed all legal matters and trials for the city in the areas of civil litigation, government law and ethics, public policy, employment law, land use and zoning, business and corporate law, and contractual law.
Eager to cultivate her private practice and one that would effectively intersect her decades of expertise, Audrey opened her boutique firm in 2004. Believing respect, trust, and integrity drive results; you will know Audrey Cohen-Davis Law, P.C. offers the highest level of client-focused representation. Audrey brings an exceptional level of enthusiasm, dedication, and nuanced perspective, making her an ideal advocate to guide clients with complex interests.
