Audrey Cohen-Davis spent thirteen years as Town Attorney and Prosecuting Attorney for Jackson, Wyoming — advising elected leaders and staff on land use and zoning, contracts, employment, construction projects and economic development.
That experience shapes how the firm works today. Having sat on the government side of the table, she knows how ordinances are actually written, how a planning commission reads an application, and where a project tends to stall long before it gets there. Clients get counsel informed by how the decision will really be made — not just what the statute says.
She has practiced since 1994. Her career began with clerkships at Philadelphia law firms and an associate position at LaBrum & Doak, followed by years in Phoenix and Philadelphia building a practice in contract, tort, construction, employment and corporate litigation. She founded Cohen-Davis Law, P.C. in November 2019, and today advises corporations, small business owners, entrepreneurs and individuals. The firm is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and Audrey remains admitted in Arizona, Wyoming, Pennsylvania and New York.
